Guillaume de Sonnac Shirt - White Oxford
Made in France
Some pieces in the men's wardrobe need no special effects to stand the test of time. The white shirt is one of them.
Made in France for Templar Soul, this Oxford shirt combines the crispness of white with a tailored yet intentionally non-contoured fit, designed to create an elegant silhouette while remaining comfortable and suitable for different body types.
On the chest, an embroidered Templar cross in navy blue cotton thread adds the House's signature.
Small in size but instantly recognizable, it transforms a menswear classic into a piece with a discreetly distinctive identity.
Easy to pair, this shirt naturally complements both formal outfits and more casual looks. Its Oxford fabric and easy-care properties also make it a piece designed to be truly worn—not just admired in a wardrobe.
Guillaume de Sonnac, Master of the Temple
This collection pays tribute to Guillaume de Sonnac, Master of the Order of the Temple from 1247 to 1250 and one of the key figures of the Seventh Crusade led by Louis IX.
At Mansourah in February 1250, he fought alongside the Templars in particularly deadly battles. Severely wounded and having lost an eye, he nevertheless returned to the fight before falling a few days later.
Beyond this military episode, it is above all the image of a man prudent, experienced, and committed to the service of his Order that Templar Soul has chosen to preserve.
The cross embroidered on this shirt does not seek to turn history into decoration. It simply preserves its memory in a contemporary piece designed and made in France.
