The approach of the solstice turns me every year towards the Celtic trees of life, which are such a beautiful emblem of hope.
An ancestral symbol, notably of the Eastern Christians, although universal and above all Celtic, this tree of life is a delicate, soothing jewel that inspires sympathy and deference towards our ancestors.
The Celtic stylization of this model is a real favorite from the "trees of life" range for its raw silver links connecting the roots to the tree.
Yggdrasil is the World Tree of Norse mythology; an immense cosmic ash that connects the 9 worlds.
Its name means "Ygg's horse" (Odin) and it symbolizes the connection between the divine, human, and infernal realms. It is populated by creatures such as the eagle, the serpent Nidhogg and the squirrel Ratatosk, and its roots plunge into legendary springs, symbolizing wisdom and life
